After months of work (27 years, really), I’ve (soft) launched a new preaching course that I hope will help folks save time crafting clear, practical, and distinctively cross-tethered sermons.
I went through this whole system in couple of hours. It's a great system to adopt. I am going to adopt into my sermon preparations. Thank you for sharing this with the world! I look forward seeing more of your examples in the bonus section. The examples you give helps a lot!
I had some time yesterday and this morning to work up more PPGR sermon outline examples and have added them to the course bonus section. 👊 I'm planning to create sermons for the entire letter to the Philippians. Then maybe we'll do a gospel, and OT book, or a mix of genres. 🙂
Wow! I'm excited. Thank you! I'll definitely check out the examples today. I have not yet prepared a sermon using the PPGR, but I am working on changing my approach to sermon prep via PPGR. Do you have a link on your website that uses the PPGR in complete manuscript form as an excellent example to see how you flesh out the PPGR method? That would be another helpful learning process for me.
I just filled out the PPGR sermon template for a complete sermon where the gaps are filled in along with the four movements. Posted on the Bonus 1 and Bonus 4 pages. And posted on "Fill in the Gaps" lesson.
I'm so grateful you found it helpful! I will be uploading a LOT of examples once we get past the holidays. Some before... hopefully. I LOVE creating sermon outlines with this system. I actually began creating sermons for fun. Anyway, yes, many more examples are coming! As well as extra lessons... Like the new text intro says, this is version 1.0. I'm counting on early adopters to help make 2.0 even better. 🙂
